Panoraia RAMMOU

Panoraia (Rea) Rammou is the Head of the Directorate of Quality Assurance in Health Services, Clinical Audit & Governance at the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Health  (ODIPY SA). She served in the Armed Forces as a Military Nurse Officer till 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in the clinical and administrative field, both in Greece and abroad. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Health, is a PhD Candidate at the University of West Attica and a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).

Her main interests are focused on Quality Management Systems [she is a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, and certified in Quality Management Systems-EN ISO 9001:2015 for Healthcare] as well as in the field of Resuscitation [she is a Certified Instructor by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) in Basic, Immediate & Advanced Life Support as well as Instructor Trainer)].

She has served as Chairperson in Working Groups of Scientific Societies; she is a reviewer in peer-review scientific journals as well as a member of International Committees of Scientific Organizations. Finally, and above all, she is an advocate & warm supporter of "Advocacy with the patient, not for the patient"!
