Angeliki LIARIGKOVINOU

Angeliki Liarigkovinou holds many years of teaching, research and scientific experience, in the field of Health Policy, Health Services Strategic Management, Pharmaceutical Policy and Health Economics, at the former National School of Public Health and at other Universities - as Visiting Lecturer, in numerous graduate and postgraduate programmes. Today she is a member of the Scientific teaching staff, holding the position of Teaching Staff (PhD) at the University of West Attica, Department of Public Health Policy, School of Public Health, with teaching, research and scientific duties. Since 2020, she has been delivering, courses in “Leadership strategy, innovation & value-based planning in health care” & “Organizational theory, leadership & change management in health care”, in the master’s degree program (MSc leadership, innovation & value-based health policies).

EDUCATION:

2010:  PhD in Public Private Partnerships in the health sector - PPPs, Department of Nursing, Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA)

2001: Master’s degree with scholarship, in International Health Policy, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (University of London)

1996 – 2000: Bachelor’s degree in social policy and management, Democritus University of  Thrace

PROJECTS:

• Research associate in 2023-2024: National Project Greece no Limits – Accessible inclusive tourism. Providing research and data analysis in tourism inequalities and unmet needs amongst the disabled, patients and the elderly.
• Research associate in 2022-2024: VIP-Cardio-Value-based Indicators for Patient-centered Cardiovascular Care. Funded by GGET-ELIDEK
